John Terrance Woods, III, M.D.

Dr. Woods graduated from North Georgia College and State University and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He served an internship at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. His residency in Diagnostic Radiology was obtained from University of Florida Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainseville, Florida. He was the distinguished graduate from the Army Flight Surgeon School at Ft. Rucker, Alabama, and attended the Diving Medicine School at the Washington Naval Yard in Washington, D.C. He was board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology in 1977. Dr. Woods has been practicing radiology in Rome since 1977. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound, American Roentgen Ray Society, Georgia Radiological Society and local medical societies.
