![]() Thomas Hackney Richardson Farmer, M.D.Dr. Farmer received his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine after completing his pre-med studies at Duke. He was graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Phi Beta Kappa. He served a residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, and went on to a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Magnetic Resonance Imaging at that noted school. Dr. Farmer has been a researcher in the Imaging Physics Laboratory at Duke and worked in the Armed Forces Institute Pathology. He served a Mini-Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Mallinckrodt in 1997. He received his Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology in 1994 and holds medical licenses to practice in 8 different states. Dr. Farmer is published in the fields of shoulder MRI and MR microscopy. |
